Soya Seekh Kabab Recipe
Ingredients:
1 packet Vezlay Seekh Kabab
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green chili, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
Instructions:
• Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
• Add the onion and green chili and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
• Add the ginger garlic paste, Garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt and cook for 1 minute more.
